for the fact she taught a class she knew the material sucked, and still didn't make it all that bad, she definatly deserves a 4.0 because you could tell she tried to make it as painless as possible. not a hard class, just super boring material that she was forced to teach. that class is useless in many ways. 75pt group paper (really not as bad as it sounds), some presentations, critiques of groups, 3 exams and like 10, 10pt quizzes that are unlimited tries (they don't tell you what you get wrong though, which is a hassle at times). overall, nice woman that should be teaching a more interesting class.

I mean she's not the greatest professor, but the class was so easy. She gives you all the notes in a power point that you can print off angel so you don't need to go to class unless your really desperate for attendance points. Not to mention she gives online quizes that you can take as many times as you want. The only crappy part is the group project. It seems like every group in our class had at least one lazy ass who didn't do jack. Other than that, the class was a breeze and an easy 4.0

Easy class, lecture is boring, attendance is taken. If you go to class you dont need to buy the book, if u plan on skipping a lot then just read that and you'll be fine. Weekly online quizzes, group project, and pretty easy exams.....buy a suduku book and go to class ---easy 3.5-4.0

Melissa's class was quite easy. I got a 3.5 with minimal effort, and when I say minimal effort, I'm pretty much saying that I looked at porn on my computer during class.
I suggest skipping this class as much as possible (although going to class one day, counts as 1/600 for the total class points). She's boring, monotonous, and when I didn't have my computer with me, I felt like slitting my throat.
Overall easy grader. Plus, you can pretty much get away doing anything you want in this class...

Melissa is a great professor who is down to earth and knows what college life is like. The class is based on quizzes online (unlimited tries), two tests and a non-cumulative final, a research paper (not difficult) and homework (minimal). The class material overall is not extremely interesting but the professor has a good way of teaching it to you for the test. Go to class, as you get one point every time you go and the lecture material is right on the test. I'll probably 4. and I skipped class probably every other week and put in a couple hours studying for the exams. Don't let the word 'research paper' scare you either. you're in groups of four and once you split up the work, you end up typing 3 or 4 pages of material right from the internet. Great professor and fairly simple class.
